A special telephonic meeting was held on April 21, 2011 to discuss repaving issues at the Baldock rest area on I-5. The following text is only a preview of the minutes. Link to the full text by using the “read more” link below.

New business; Mike Barnes, OTIC Chief Operations Officer: Barnes presented the council members with a capital spending request in the amount of $187, 380. The request encompassed the replacement and repair of 79, 540 square feet of asphalt in the truck-parking area of northbound and southbound Baldock rest areas, along with the on and off ramps; and to replace a 14-foot by 385-foot section of asphalt in the car-park lot in the northbound rest area with concrete; and the re-striping of all parking areas. This project would close the Baldock for between one to three days.
