Public comment; Chair David Porter: Porter explained that Oregon Travel Information Council (OTIC) by-laws designate a single point in the meeting for which public comment is invited. It is not permitted during later discussion or debate. He then invited guests present at the meeting to comment or address agenda items, and/or other council business.
