On any given Monday in Salem, the Oregon Travel Experience sign crew meets to plan out their work-week. Mike Bryant, Tanner Cheyne, Josh LoBue and Cameron Sulak pick up their work orders from Salem, load their trucks and prepare to rumble their way across the state.

OTE’s hardworking sign crew members are responsible for every part of the hands-on process that it takes to install and maintain Oregon’s highway business signs. And, they do so throughout our state’s freezing winters and boiling summers.

Recently the crew snapped a few “insider” shots of a typical work week. We thought you might enjoy the gallery below. Be sure to read the captions with each of the photos. Tanner Cheyne provides insightful narrative for each image.
