A public hearing will be held in conjunction with a regular quarterly Travel Information Council meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. The hearing is open to the public and takes place at the Salem offices of Oregon Travel Experience, first floor conference room, 1500 Liberty St SE, Suite 150.
Following the public hearing portion of the meeting, the Council will discuss and vote on the proposed amendments to Division 001 Procedural Rules. Council will have the opportunity to update two existing rules and to adopt five new rules for OARs 733-001-0000 through 733-001-0035.
Adoption of these rules will facilitate agency transparency through public notification, satisfy the need to adopt model rules related to public contracts for construction services, declare adoption of the Assumed Business Name “Oregon Travel Experience,” formalize the process for meeting public records requests, and establish requirements of confidentiality for dispute resolution and mediation.
